This policy explains what data REPSURGE collects, why, and your rights under Brazilian law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, Law 13.709/2018), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
1. Who We Are
REPSURGE is a mobile fitness RPG application developed and operated by Ulisses dos Santos Breier, based in Brazil. For privacy matters, contact us at ubreier@gmail.com.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: Email address and password (handled by Supabase Auth). We do not store your password — it is managed securely by Supabase.
- Profile data: Display name, player level, XP, rank, and in-game statistics that you generate by using the app.
- Workout data: Exercise reps, battle results, streaks, and session durations logged during gameplay.
- Purchase data: Records of in-app purchases (Battle Pass, cosmetics) processed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. We do not store full payment card details.
- Device data: Device type, operating system version, app version, and device locale (language/region setting).
- Crash and error reports: Stack traces and error context collected via Sentry when the app crashes or encounters an error, to help us fix bugs.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
- To operate the game — track your progress, streaks, inventory, and battle results.
- To process and restore in-app purchases.
- To detect and prevent cheating or abuse of the game systems.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
- To send push notifications about daily challenges and events (only if you grant permission).
4. Legal Basis for Processing (LGPD / GDPR)
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the app service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: Crash reporting and anti-cheat measures to maintain app integrity.
- Consent: Push notifications (you can withdraw consent at any time in your device settings).
- Legal obligation: Retaining purchase records as required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., purchase records for tax purposes, retained for 5 years).
7. Your Rights
Under the LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Port your data to another service in a structured format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

8. Children's Privacy
REPSURGE is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed authentication tokens, and role-based access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
